This proposal was received from the Center for Public Opinion Research, which later changed its name to the Republican Public Opinion Center Izhtimoiy fikr

What the proposal says:

• First, a call center will be created for blitz surveys of the population by telephone and via the Internet on topical issues of socio-political, social and other areas of the country's life;
• Secondly, at meetings of the Cabinet of Ministers and its Presidium the results of opinion polls conducted by the Center will be heard and appropriate measures will be taken;
• Thirdly, the Center will be involved in training personnel and organizing internships for students.
