Whom does the state recognize as a compatriot?

Based on the context of the adopted document, compatriots are natives of Uzbekistan who went abroad and received citizenship of a foreign state, or the status of a stateless person.

Further this document also applies to family members (spouse, parents and children).

Who can be the inviting party?

Inviting party can be citizen of Uzbekistan, permanently residing here and having relatives - compatriots, which in relation to him are spouses, relatives in the direct line in the first, second and third degree of kinship.

Visa for 2 years

Compatriots and their family members are issued with 2-year entry visa (VTD) with unlimited visits during its validity term, the fee of which is 300 US dollars.

Then the inviting party must fill out an application form and submit all the necessary documents to the office of migration. It takes 15 working days to review and approve the documents.

If the decision is positive an invitation is issued which is given directly to the inviting person or his authorized representative. The document is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Within this period it is necessary to submit the package of documents to the Consular Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Conclusion is the result of obtaining a multiple entry visa for a period of 2 years.
