Reorganization of a legal entity is:

In the form of a merger, when the merger creates a new legal entity, which passes the rights and obligations of the reorganized;

in the form of takeover, when one legal entity joins another with the transfer to it of its rights and obligations.

In order to receive services individuals and legal entities shall fill in and submit a request to the state service center or in electronic form via my.gov.uz.

What should be attached to the request:

Information about the types of activities, products (services) produced, sales volumes for 2 years prior to the request;
Complete information about the owners of shares, stakes and others.
financial and statistical reports for the last 2 calendar years.

The request can be submitted both in person and via EPISU (Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services) by filling everything online. Then the request will be sent to the Antimonopoly Committee, the process of consideration may be tracked by EPISU, then within 20 days, the Antimonopoly Committee together with the Agency of public services will develop the appropriate terms of reference and submit to Mininfocom.
