According to the Presidential Decree, measures were taken to further strengthen guarantees of labor rights and support women's entrepreneurial activities.

• In certain industries or professions, bans on the use of female labor will be abolished;
• The right to a break for one of the parents raising a child under the age of 2 will be granted
• It is forbidden to terminate an employment contract concluded for an indefinite period on the initiative of the employer in connection with the attainment of retirement age by a woman;
• In court cases on violations of equal rights of men and women. Payment for legal services provided to women will be covered by the state at their request.

1. Under the Decree, Women's Enterprise Centers will be established to help retrain women who have been on maternity leave for a long time. Women who have shown a desire to go into business will be trained according to a special program. Successful graduates of the special program will be given a preferential loan, the term of which is not less than 3 years.

A commission for the protection of gender equality of women will be created, whose main tasks are:

• Active participation in implementation of state policy aimed at ensuring gender equality and improvement of social conditions of women in the country;
• To consider appeals from government bodies and other organizations concerning violations of gender equality of women;
• implementation of measures on occupational segregation, wage differentials, increasing the proportion of women among the economically active segments of the population;
• development of proposals for the implementation in the national legislation of generally recognized international norms on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women's rights;
• identifying and ensuring the effective implementation of measures aimed at improving the legal culture of women, as well as organizing large-scale awareness-raising activities.
