If the amount of the offset does not exceed 20 times the amount of the BRV, the electronic order can be generated automatically through the information system of the state tax service and sent electronically.

This process for several types of taxes has been automated by the tax authorities since May 1, 2022.

Taxpayers have the right to refuse automatic transfer of overpayments on taxes. It is necessary to notify the tax authorities about this through a personal account on the portal my.soliq.uz:

1. In the "Services" section, select "Refund and offset of excessively paid (collected) amounts of taxes of legal entities".

2. In the window that opens, click on the blue line "Automatic process of offsetting the amounts of overpaid (collected) tax on account of repayment of arrears on other taxes".

3. To disable the automatic transfer function, when answering a question, click "No", then "Send".

4. After that, the notification "Auto-Conclusion function is disabled" will appear.
