Obtaining permission to attract foreign labor in the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an authorization procedure is established for attracting foreign labor and is carried out by a legal entity on the basis of the “Regulations on the procedure for attracting and using foreign labor in the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
Based on the foregoing, it can be said with precision that in order to attract a foreign specialist, you will need permits, which means that without the competent assistance of qualified specialists, there is a risk of making mistakes and delaying the deadlines.
- Important to know, for the extension of the permit for the recruitment of foreign labor, you will need to notify the Agency 30 days before the expiration date, otherwise it may be difficult to renew.
- Application form (signed by the head of the organization and certified by the seal) a copy;
- The draft contract and other documents confirming the preliminary agreement with a foreign citizen or foreign firms on the intentions and conditions for attracting foreign specialists;
- Completed application form for a foreign specialist with a photo;
- Bank (cash) document on payment for processing and issuing permits;
- Certificate of absence of HIV infection.
In the case that the employee is on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the documents are accepted if one of the following visas exists:
- Labor visa "E"
- Business visas "B-1" or "B-2"
- Service Visa S-3
Moreover I would also like to remind that the employer is not entitled to attract and use in his enterprise a foreign citizen who has a tourist, guest or visa with a mark "without the right to work for hire" or "EXIT".
